How long will it take to receive my order?

Since many of our home decor pieces are handcrafted to order, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.

What is your return policy for home goods?

We want you to love your space. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, The Craftivist ships to the United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on the destination.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Fragile items are packed with care, but accidents can happen. Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will send a replacement immediately.
